I am so excited, I haven't lost a huge amount of weight or anything that wonderful, but I am down to the lowest weight I have been in over 3 years, this is a really big deal for me, I feel like I have broken through a barrier, and I want to shout it form the rooftops :)

Foot ware and tips for plantar faciitus
Any body with plantar faciitus out there? I am looking for good shoes and sneakers, any advice exercises would be great. My feet really hurt when walking and any exercise involving standing up.

Calories burned/activity question
I work at a tent rental company, mostly in the office, but when we are busy I go out on site and help. It's either putting up tents or stacking tables and chairs. Does anyone have any idea of how I can estimate calories for this? Maybe put it down as aerobic? or something raking the leaves? Any suggestions please?
