Fat for me. All kinds of fat, but mostly mct oil, coconut oil, bacon, nut butters and fatty cuts of fish like salmon.

Don't stress or beat yourself up about it. Maybe next time, eat more steak ☺

Creeping up or down? :) I'm doing keto (but mostly carnivore plus coconut oil, mct oil and the occasional hemp seed or nut butter). I do try to restrict to around 1200 to 1600 calories though as I'm focusing on reducing my body fat %. My diary is open if you're interested. I don't get the mid afternoon slump that most…

You can add me too. I'm targeting under 20 total carbs and around 1600 net calories.

Feel free to add me. I'm trying to be more active

Me. I deleted half a year ago and don't miss it. I do use Instagram though

Does gardening count?

I really dont see what the big deal is. Just smile, if she doesn't respond, move on. If she does, its a win win scenario :)

None of my pictures are selfies... because i suck at taking selfies.

Please dont starve yourself... Its a sure fire way to head down the slippery slope towards disordered eating..

Never (unless I absolutely have to... like when I´m travelling). I prefer my own cooking tbh

And this is why I just don't log exercise.

You know, I might just use this....

Have leftovers from the night before?

Tummy now sticks out after I have eaten... I have very lean limbs so when this happens I look like E.T (you know, ET phone home...) People asking what diet I'm on. Bloody hell just eat less. My wardrobe is full of clothes that don't fit me anymore, but I can't bring myself to get rid of them because I know how much I spent…

I highly recommend this youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zjsOOT347cA In short, frozen might be even better than fresh...

Around 100 grams of quark, 100-150grams of berries (any will work), a dash of vanilla and 1 tbsp of coconut. Quark is the protein source, and it feels like I'm eating dessert for breakfast!

Journey. Definitely Journey. So serene.

I'm not sure I'd ever be able to have a liquid only diet, no matter how short term it is. Love a nice cold fruity smoothie every now and then though! Nommy

I don't really have cheat days... I just eat a little less during the week and a little more during the weekend. It balances out nicely.

I've recently adjusted my macros to allow for more fat in my diet while still maintaining a moderate deficit as I was always so hungry maintaining the same calorie goal but with a higher carb allowance. Would love friends with open diaries for some meal inspiration!

Quoted for truth. I feel so much better ever since I introduced more fat to my diet. It seems to have jump started my weight loss too. Now fat constitutes 40 to 50% of my calorie intake.

Carrots (love the crunch) Frozen berries with a tbsp of curd (I mix rose water in the curd for a little Persian kick) Tbsp of Ricotta topped with a little honey and a sprinkling of chia on hard crisp bread Miso soup (watch the sodium though) I'm not a fan of highly processed diet products... Love the natural stuff

I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables so I don't bother tracking sugar. I track fibre instead as I think that's much more important for me to keep an eye on.

If you make your diary public maybe we can offer some suggestions to help you feel fuller?

There are some really funny quirks here! I don't have any major ones but - if the food is supposed to be warm, then it must be scorching hot, or I will nuke it in the microwave until its so hot it burns. - if I can eat it with a bowl, I will (something to do with the heat retention of a bowl vs a plate I suppose) - not a…

I don't weigh everything (hard to do since I work long hours and I'm rarely home) but I maintain a pretty substantial deficit to leave some margin for error in measuring portions. Works for me.

Have you tried cottage cheese? Or curd? I use these to help bolster my protein intake without overdoing it on meat...
