Thanks for all the replies. Looks like I need to cut out sugars from my diet coming from processed foods (but still eat fruits etc.). I like to eat overnight oats so I'll probably prepare that the night before so I make healthy choices in the morning. I probably need to eat more lunch - reason I eat so many snacks. One…

Yes! Me too, my fitness is extremely horrid, I can't walk for more than a kilometre before my legs become jelly-like. Hoping to tone up and get rid of this "skinny-fat look"! Good luck to you too :)

I think it is important to eat breakfast, but it needs to be nutritious...(I ate black forest cake for breakfast today, so that can't be good)

In Australia, we have these tubs of "Tamar Valley" greek yogurt, comes in these litle cups that are only around 150 calories each :D I eat them for a snack or as part of breakfast and its very filling!

oh hmm...in that case, I probably do not have a lot of muscle at my core, but my legs are fairly muscular due to the fact I cycle a lot. It is quite difficult to maintain muscle while losing fat ><
