I'm 4 weeks into a 6 week boot camp as so far it's been great! Down 5 inches overall and 10 pounds. It's hard and intense but only for 30 min.

I don't like lifting in the mornings. When I do I get exertion headaches that wipe me out. So I'm at the gym usually 4PM right after a big cup of black coffee. That caffeine boost help me get through those last few reps - at least in my head it does.

It's wrong I tell you, wrong! Probably because it's in the UK and they use the metric system. You may need to convert from ponds to kilograms. I think all you have to do is divide your pounds by 2.2 to get the kilos.

Oh boy! That spark recipe site is cool. I love putting in the ingredients for my favorite recipes and seeing that the calculations are almost exactly what I painstakingly calculated. This is going to make so much easier to try new recipes!

Try black coffee about an hour before you go to the dojo. Only 2 calories per cup, and if coffee was discovered today with all it's antioxidants it would be considered a health food. ;-)
