  • I'm 5'1" and I weigh 128. I wear a size 0-2, have lots of leg muscle, a nice booty, and I can do pull ups! I've gained from my lowest weight but so happy that i've gained this muscle. Trying to lean out a bit to 125 ;)

  • look up the "woosh" happened to me... no loss until like 3 weeks in and suddenly was 4 pounds down. Hang in there!
  • some of my favorites outside of tons of veggies- Laughing cow cheeses; almond milk; Extreme Wellness tortillas; greek yogurt; mustard/ vinegar; Franks Buffalo sauce; Prego light smart spaghetti sauce.
  • that's unsweetened vanilla almond milk from trader joes- it's the BEST!
  • there are several brands of sugar syrups, like Skinny syrups. I use that with almond milk. Salted caramel is my FAVORITE.
