  • I have lost enough weight that my co-workers and family are beginning to notice and comment. Dropped from a 3x to a 1x.   • I recalcuated my BMI yesterday and it is down a full 2 points. I was rather surprised because I figured I needed to drop at least 20. Now I believe my doctor who has said even 10 pounds down is a huge deal. Yeaaahhh me!! :bigsmile:

  • Well, I am not going overboard with the counting and worrying about every little morsel going in my mouth. What I decided to do was just eat more vegetables and train my stomach to be happy with less food in general. I am eating portions rather than platefuls. That helps. And staying out of the snacking.
