  • Hi I'm on 1200 calories too. Breakfast every morning has to be porridge I use the oats so simple range. I also replace bread with crackerbread for lunches. I also replace normal potato with sweet potato I love it. Oh and I have now converted to quorn mince for chilli.
  • Wow there's so many differences. Are these heart rate monitors quite accurate? I was thinking of investing in one but not sure which one.

  • Thanks for the tip. I'm thinking of stepping up the weights in my body pump class ( I'm a weakling and have been using the lowest). I'll now start doing some weights on the days when I do the treadmill too.

  • I'm glad i'm not the only one having this trouble. I do tend to weigh myself on the same spot but move them the other day out of curiosity. So do you think I should believe my own scale and the few pounds it says I've lost. I stupidly threw away the extra feet because I didn't think I'd need them in the bathroom!
