That's me too! Baby #3 is 8 months. I am about 5-8lbs from goal. However, I stopped looking at the scale. I am more focused on how I want to look. After 3 csections my core needs toning big time. With such a small amount to lose its going to take a while. Plus, I'm breastfeeding so I don't want to cut calories too much.

I work 2 12 hour night shifts per week. I log midnight to midnight and log my lunch as whatever I eat mid shift since I'm sleeping during traditional lunch time. I totally understand the hunger issue. My stomach actually growls most of the night even though I feel like I have been eating non stop. Eating is my body's way…

Also mom of 3. My youngest is 6 months. I am not new to MFP so I am familiar with what my body needs to loose weight. I struggle with calories intake to support breastfeeding though. I feel like I am eating too much. Plus, I'm hungry all the time because of it. I exercise daily but, I am looking forward to some warmer…

Happened to me too. I went to the website ( not the app) disconnected then reconnected. Viola!

Great work! We are almost exactly the same stats. I also started in January at 155lbs. Today I weighed in at 140. Im 5'3". I completed Ripped in 30 and 30 DS. Now the weather is nicer I run 3-4 days a week. Friend me if you want. Keep up the great work!!

One last thing...I use my fitbit to make sure I'm moving enough at night. Even when im super busy at night I find myself at the desk a lot with my nose in the charts. I make sure I take walks frequently and do extra rounds on my patients. I am required to clock out for 30 minutes per shift so I actually use that time to…

I'm an RN on 3rd shift. Since I usually sleep through my normal lunch time, thats what I normally take with me to work. I also bring a greek yogurt and some fruit for breakfast that i eat at shift change so I can go home and sleep. Along with tons of healthy snacks. I tend to be more "hungry" on night shift. I think my…

I only do 2 12´s a week so its easier for me to just log midnight to midnight. I pretty much log it under whatever meal already has my entries. The stuff i eat overnight might be my usual breakfast lunch or snack foods. As long as i get it on there for the day.

I log 1/2 the time so i dont overestimate. Is it spring yet?

I work the same shift (7p-7a) 2 nights a week. I also just want to eat like crazy. I am slowly through trial and error starting to figure out what works to curb my hunger. Dinner before work, pack lots of healthy snacks which is essentially "lunch" and drink tons of water. Then i have a moderate breakfast before I go to…

I would like to join you guys! I'm also 31 with 2 kids. I'm 5'3" and currently weigh 145. My first goal is 135. I'm in need of some motivation these days...

You can do it! It's hard. But, you will get there when you are ready. I find that I need to mentally set goals for myself in order to see improvement. Since her program is a length of time instead of reps I make my own reps. I count how many I can do then try to beat it the next time before stopping to rest. So if today I…

I log it as 20 minutes of circuit training as well.

I'm having a really tough time. Crazy work schedule combined with bad weather has really screwed up my exercise routine. SW 155 CW 149 GW 144 2/1: 149 2/8: 149

This is a personal mini goal for me anyway so I may as well join you guys :-) SW 155 CW 149 GW 144 2/1: 149

I haven't decided yet. Our schedules are too inconsistent to join the gym. I have ripped in 30 and 30 day shred. I also have insanity. I think I may start with 30 day shred on Monday then go into insanity in February.

Sounds good!

I like weekly. As long as it's not on Mondays...I hate Mondays...

This week is a nice break. But I also like that we aren't completely "off". I am very worried for next week. My husband and I decided to do the fit tests on Sundays. The workouts are too long as it is with 2 kids running around. Lol. Is anyone doing progress pictures this week? I was thinking about taking them but not…

I was able to finally finish up with Pure Cardio and Cardio abs late last night. I was pretty tired after pure cardio and I don't feel like I gave cardio abs 100% but I pushed through. Next time I may do that one first or add it to another day. It feels good to be finished with week 2. I did miss one day on Monday but I…

I think I will measure Saturday after I finish week 2. I am really curious so its killing me not to but, I will wait...sigh

Thanks! I hope I can avoid the cake!!! I don't always have time in the morning but I hate waiting till night time to exercise. My kids nap time is ideal for me. I will try the peanut butter though. Sounds like a good idea. Thanks!

I just finished. Phew!! That was tough. I feel really great though. I think I am doing a better job of working at my OWN pace. I still push myself really hard but I am trying not to keep up with everybody else. I would much rather bust my but for the whole workout than kill myself in the beginning and not be able to…

The long holds of lunges and squats really challenged me. Overall it was a nice "break." I love checking off a box each day and I'm looking forward to tomorrow!!

I'm not sure whats considered the "right" way to do it but, I am going to continue on to month 2. Then when I have completed it I may go back and do it all again. If I survive! Lol!

I just did my fit test on Monday 7/31. It's pretty tough but well worth it in my opinion. Someone started a group just the other day if you want to join. It's called Insanity challenge 7/31. It's open to the public and everyone's start date varies. Come join us!,

Just realized I never did an intro... I'm Stephanie and I will be turning 30 on Sunday. I have 2 children, my son is 3.5 and my daughter is 2. I am an RN and I work part time. My kids are my full time job! I am 5'3" and I currently weigh 148lbs. I have been unhappy with my weight for a long time but the craziness of our…

Today was tough. It really was a reminder that I am far from my high school soccer days. I was always very active in sports growing up until college. After 2 kids and little to no athletic activity my endurance has hit an all time low. But, it can only get better from here right?!? I am super happy that I pushed myself to…
