Hey you guys does anyone work overnight? I do and I'm having a hard time tracking and not going overboard because I'm hungry after and during work!

What about tracking do you find hard? Shouldn't really matter what time of day you're eating.
You can change your meals to time slots or different names if that helps (Settings>Diary Settings>Meal Names).
Forward planning is a good way of logging and tracking, decide what you're going to have each day and pre-log it, that way you know roughly how many left over calories you have.0 -
I work 2 12 hour night shifts per week. I log midnight to midnight and log my lunch as whatever I eat mid shift since I'm sleeping during traditional lunch time.
I totally understand the hunger issue. My stomach actually growls most of the night even though I feel like I have been eating non stop. Eating is my body's way of trying to stay awake. I pack tons of healthy snacks. Weigh them out to exact portions in order to keep logging tight. In the morning when I get home I eat "breakfast " and get to bed as soon as I can. The longer I stay awake the more I want to eat.
I try not to be too hard on myself if I go over a little. Just make up for it on a well rested day.0 -
This is a very hard problem since you are switching schedules. I've done it a few times in the past year. My solution was to eat normal dinner then fast until breakfast except for tea/coffee/juice and of course, water. I would then eat a big breakfast and go to bed.0

My hardest part was that I would overeat either before or after my shift0

I work night shift. I pre- log for the day that I go in to work. It makes it easier to not go over. And I bring my own food. It's the best way for me to not rely on fast food.0

Bringing my own food has been the breakthrough for my regular day. You eat what you pack and nothing more.
Hunger is another issue. in my experience, if you tough it out a few times, your stomach will fall in line.
Best of luck! (It ain't always easy, but it's worth it!)0 -
You can eat more on the days you work and less on your days off. That way you can do a daily average for the week.

I work overnights too so when I feel hungry I'll eat some healthy and drink a lot of water and stay moring so I don't eat much and that helps me0
