I have been on it for one month. It feels wonderful to not be thinking about food all the time. What is your dose?

I use the cashew milk (unsweetened). I don't taste the cashew at all. Almond milk is okay but I do taste the almond in it which I don't like.

I agree with the poster above with the B12. I was having the same issue until I started taking B12 along with a multi vitamin and it's helping so much.

For something super simple get a low fat waffle, sugar free pudding, and lite cool whip.

This is what works for me too. Otherwise I am starving all the time.

What works for me is when I meet my protein macros. That seems to decrease the cravings. Other than that find sweets that fit into your goals and don't keep any trigger sweets around that may cause you problems.

You could burn them off with some extra cardio to keep them from causing too much of an issue.

I hate the new WW plan. I lost 120 pounds with Points Plus but the new plan makes me feel like I am on a diet. Although people are doing it and losing weight nicely with it. But for me I now prefer CC.

Con: You are just as likely to gain the weight back as every other person who has had this surgery. Pro: Can't think of any.

Sugarless gum and sugar free hard candies.

Don't keep any trigger foods in your home. That way you will have nothing to get up to eat and go back to sleep. This is what I do.

I was on wellbutrin for a few months but it made me very unpleasant to be around . I am now on zoloft. My doctor and google research says it is used for treating Binge Eating Disorder. So far so good.

I would say no to the chocolate. Get something else like a cute stuffed animal with the flowers. Or jewelry. I am always relieved when my boyfriend doesn't give me chocolate.

I have this dream at least once a week. I am always relieved when I wake up and realize it was a dream.

I like unsweetened cashew milk a lot better. There is no aftertaste, at least for me there isn't.

It has never once been accurate for me however I do like seeing the number they come up with every night.

A dry one. I have been trying to teach my boyfriend to use the liquid one for liquids! He didn't know there is a difference.

I lost 106 pounds at age 44/45. I ate healthier food and stayed within my daily calories. Also did a lot of cardio 5 to 6 days a week. It took me 14 months to lose it all. Quest taste okay but it's super thick and super sweet. You will need to put a lot more liquid into than it calls for.

Diet cherry 7up with cotton candy vodka!! YUM. As for diet coke I'd tell your friend to switch to diet pepsi. It taste better! You can always google it and get a heap load of reasons they "say" diet drinks are bad. Also I am one of the people who lost nearly 100 pound and drink lots of diet soda every single day.

I like having protein shakes in the morning. They are great at keeping me full until lunch time. I got tired of them and stopped for a while but ready to add them back in again.

You could try going up to 1300 and see how you feel. I agree with adding more protein simply because that is what worked for me.

I don't think your intent matters in the least. The fact is you think differently than they so naturally your way is totally wrong and you must have a good ol' beat down until you surrender and think like them! :smile:

I am not sure if I'm a white knight or not but I've lost 94 pounds and I do find a handful of the people here to be rude and often just mean and they have not lost a significant amount of weight either!

On MFP you must be VERY careful about how you word things or you will get blasted. This is why I don't post much anymore. I do read other post until the blasting starts then I quit!

I like the chocolate PB2. I make peanut butter banana wraps sprinkled with a bit of cinnamon for breakfast. I get it at Target, Publix, or Winn Dixie. However, only Target has the chocolate.

Many people do the same thing with MFP. There is no reason you can't bank calories the same as points.
