Hey there, I am on a low carb diet, and I found cheese sticks and pepperoni one of the best snacks. I usualy microwave pepperoni to remove all the grease. Works well. Also, carb masters yougurt, low cal and I believe 2 sugars per container. :)

Yes, not all low carbs diet care to much about calories, specially if we have at least 20min 4x a week of high intensity workout. Of course, I dont go wild either. I know how that works. And many times I failed. This time, has been different for me. I'm on my 4th week and doing well. Stay focus on your goal. Self control.
