Hi I'm Verity I Have been trying to lose weight for awhile now but it just keeps finding me! I Dance 16 hours a week but I still cant lose the weight! Time to start counting calories I guess :/

    do you strength train?

    Add strength in -- or change up your work out. Your body gets used to doing the same thing over and over, and therefore, it becomes less effective at helping you lose weight.

    Counting calories DOES work. If you eat less than your body burns you WILL lose weight. It is simple mathematics. Now the trick is to do that. The mind is a very powerful thing and can work for you or against you in your weight loss journey. That is where this site comes in.     Thanks for the advise! and I do not strength train I do mostly Modern Dance and Ballet you think if I started mixing it up it would help
