Low carb- High protein breakfast
Low carb diets usually dont worry much about the calories. At least I dont. I concentrate mostly on my carb, protein and fiber intake. If you care about your calories, this might not be great for you.

That sounds great, but you still have to count calories. I have been doing low carb since July if I ate 539 calories at every meal I would be 30lbs heavier not lighter!0

Most low carb plans (not all) do not pay attention to calories as much as the typical 1200 cal diet. A 540 cal breakfast leaves a lot of calories left for 2 meals anyway. When I began at 240 lbs I ate about 1800 to 2000 per day. Now that I am 10 lbs from goal I am at about 1400. So if I eat a 540 cal meal, I still have over 800 for 2 more meals. I don't snack very much since I'm too busy. Sounds like a great recipe...if only I liked eggs LOL can't believe I said that after 7+yrs on low carb and 93 lbs gone LOL ..imagine a low carber not liking eggs..wow! OH well glad I love meat and cheese anyway.0 -
Yes, not all low carbs diet care to much about calories, specially if we have at least 20min 4x a week of high intensity workout. Of course, I dont go wild either. If I happend to go over my calorie goal, it wont usually go over 150-200, if that. Also, everyones body works differently. The meal I share have definetly worked for me. Even if some are high in calorie. I've actually hit almost 600 cal in one meal before, but my carbs stayed at 15g or lower and still managed to loose 10lbs in 3 weeks. You know your body better then anyone, if some recepies don't work for you, it is best not to try. Best of luck!
Soulthinking congrats on your weight loss. It is my goal to loose at least 80lbs. Wish me luck, I'm gonna need it, I got a loooong way to go.0 -
No fiber on this meal, but when my meal does not have enough or any fiber, I usually take a supplement.0
