I wouldn't stack all your calories at dinner because you're not going to burn them at night its better to eat bigger in the morning if you are going to do it that way, you don't need a big meal before sleep. thanks looking back at this week it looks like i was closer to 1,100 so I guess Ill just try to consistently hit 1,300 this week, I'm just nervous because that leaves me at a very small calorie deficit.

the problem is I used this site during the majority of my weight loss, before this account and never tracked them, and I also don't have a hear rate monitor so I feel I would be fairly inaccurate because my Runs and Spin classes vary

I am 5'3'' and 138lbs my goal is 120 or wherever my body can comfortably maintain. I believe like others said it is all about frame size. I lose really slowly once I hit 135lbs so I know I am nearing my set weight

well my trainer runs them all the time and such so he should be a big help he doesn't win them ;] but he does considerably well ! haha (: thanks so much !! this has been super helpful

Yeah I want to do a lot of long runs first and at least 2 1/2's before even starting my training so I feel like 1 year should be enough time to complete the marathon and in a reasonable time :) I don't want to over do it or just go out and do something I am not prepared for !

Its totally about frame size and how you carry weight like everyone said. I am 5'3'' and 138lbs I wear a size 6 in misses and a size 7 in juniors, and a medium in tops. I am very proportionate. ;] At my biggest I was a size 12 - 14 pants in misses and 13 juniors and I was an xl or l top

yeah I don't expect this to be an AWESOME marathon, I really just want to complete one, I have 3 10k's planned and 2 1/2's before hand. I have a training plan that incorporates the races and the tapers for the 1/2's and the marathon I am running it with other friends... Thank you so much for all the guidelines I am going…

I get so frustrated I am 5'3'' and I feel 120 should be my lowest, but my blood sugar doctor (for hypoglycemia) says 115 - 120 is a comfortable range. i looked like bones at 130lbs. I am 139lbs now and I look good and my regular doctor says I am in a healthy weight range. i still have fat I am shredding and I still workout…

If I am hungry I eat back some if not then I don't, if I do something like a long run, or an extra kickboxing class I will eat more for extra fuel.

115 - 120 wherever in that range I can comfortably maintain, I look fine in the 130's but I feel my best in the 120's ;) I want to lower my bf% I am currently 139lbs

I just try to eat as healthy and "clean" as possible lots of fruit, veggies, whole grains, some lean meats, some dairy and I supplement with protein shakes. I don't follow a diet, I limit processed foods and such and only eat lots of carbs if I know I need them for my workouts :)

I am, but this weeks loss will probably be much less, and last night I stress ate not a ton but still not good and I forgot to log, but today is a new day and I am focusing on lots of fruits and veggies this week ! - maintaining or a loss is a step in the right direction in my book !

the scale has been moving for me at the beginning of the week but now it is stuck, I need to stop weighing myself everyday, but I am a numbers girl ! I feel like I have been eating well but so bloated... drinking only water and lots of it limiting sodium as much as possible ugh

the shower thing works ! I also have been drinking a lot of chai black tea and running outside while its cold in the morning before it gets too warm has helped a bit, I also have asthma so it doesn't help my allergies lol
