I hate to cook too! My suggestion is invest in an electronic steamer!! LOVE mine!! I cook everything in it from eggs, meats, veggies, sweet potatoes, rice, beans etc. I also suggest taking one day a week and cook for the whole week. I do this on Saturday. I agree! This happened to me just last week. It was my first week of weight lifting also. After the second workout most of the soreness was gone. The third workout...I can tell I had a good workout but no soreness like after the first workout! Go for it!!

I log my food the night before for everything except supper! Keeps me on track. I log supper right before we eat.

This^^^^. Works for my husband and I also. I also cook all the meats on the weekend and some veggies. Cut up fresh strawberries. Boil a dozen an half of eggs. I have about 150 lbs to lose. I started following Bob Harpers book "The Skinny Rules" on March 9th. The first week I lost 8.5lbs. Each week since I have lost an average of 2 lbs a week. I love it and these are rules I can follow the rest of my life!! To date I have lost 19.8 lbs!!!
