Right now, eating clean, I tend to be around 40% carbs, 40% protein, and 20% fats.

I am! And I couldn't be more excited!

My sister had ovarian cancer at the age of 19. They caught the cancer 2 weeks before it would have spread and removed a basketball sized tumor. It was really scary. No one should ever have to go through chemo. She's happy and healthy now :)

I feel your pain! My cholesterol is in the 300's. There is basically nothing I can do about it. Genetics. Ugh.

Ahh the age old debate! Hahah seriously though, what color is your hair naturally? I always tend to favor going darker because it is less damaging than bleach. But sometimes lighter style can really brighten up your face. Mariah's hair color is super gorgeous though. ...I guess I'm not really that much help haha. Let us…

Forever21 probably has something you could use. You'd probably have to get creative with a ruffled skirt (which should be relatively easy to find) and a separate, structured top. Skirts http://www.forever21.com/Product/Product.aspx?BR=f21&Category=btms_skirts&ProductID=2000032575&VariantID=…

Personally, I can't do white jeans/tights/leggings. I'm definitely a pear shape and I feel like they make me look way too unbalanced. I do, however, really like the look of white trousers (wide leg, straight seam). Very classy. But that's just me! I'm sure you could rock them!

Leggings and tank tops all day. A sweatshirt on top if I'm cold. I agree- loose shorts/pants are the worst when I'm bumming around. I hate how they get all twisted up!

Hahahahahahah.

i do wonder where you got those jammy-pants... solid advice. as always.

We still love you! my week 4 was kind of a bust anyway. I'm not giving up though :)

Oh man, I feel your pain. I don't think mine was because of weight loss but I didn't have mine for months. I was MISERABLE. Eventually my gyno had to give me medicine to get everything started again, so to speak. If it lasts much longer maybe get it checked out? My sister had ovarian cancer so I definitely believe in…

Great goals! Mine are: - 110 by the end of November (-5) - work out 5 times a week - get back into running - eat more and healthier - be positive

Incredible! And you have the most amazing cheekbones :)

That's so awesome and would be so much fun! I love the 30 day shred as well :)

L2D6. Woohoo! Can't wait to be done with this killer level!

Enjoy your time with him and try not to worry about it! You probably won't have time to worry about it hahah.

I feel like we're in the same boat. I personally haven't found a good way to deal with it other than only discussing it with people I know are supportive or ignoring it. It's hard to explain without getting too personal.
-
Haha yep. I'm always soaked. I'm kind of proud of my sweat stains :) ...kind of haha.
-
Good luck with your goals. You may be in the minority but everyone is very supportive. Feel free to add me :)
-
I'm not sure of the answer but I know that I sweat A TON. Always have.

Luckily I have no candy in my apartment. I could definitely ruin a whole day with a handful of those!
