November Goals

Hello there....please do share your goals for this month! :)

My goals for this month are:
* Lose 4 lbs
* Lose 3-5 inches off my waist
* Tone midsection
* Zig-Zag my meal plan
* Run more than 20 mins LOL

    My goal is to get back on track and stop eating crap food. I've allowed myself too many bites here and there of things that aren't doing me any good. I continue with my goal to shed 2 lbs per week. Also, I would like to increase my run time to 35 minutes - currently I am running 25 minutes at a time.

    Hi there!
    My goals:
    -Eat closer to my calorie goal
    -Not net under 1200 any day
    -Work out 5-6 times a week
    -Run for 40 minutes
    -Strength train more

    Change up the food plan so you wouldn't get plateau (making sure you are still able to lose weight).

    Run.....
    work out 3 -4 times aweek...
    be good even on my holiday which starts in 3 weeks.
    do not begin smoking again.
    try to get under 60 kilos the end of november

    I'll bite.

    November Goals:

    - 90% compliance to 1500k meal plan (3 free meals a week)
    -60min cardio a day other then rest day
    -veggies at every meal (keeps the blood alkaline)
    -weigh my self once a week (so freaked out to weigh!)
    -complete 30 days of Tracy Anderson
    -2liters of water a day
    -lose 3-4lbs.

    Great goals!

    Mine are:
    - 110 by the end of November (-5)
    - work out 5 times a week
    - get back into running
    - eat more and healthier
    - be positive

    Well it WAS to run 100 miles this month, but due to injuries, I won't be accomplishing that goal :(
    My other goal is to watch my weekend days of eating. Seems like my eating habits turn to s*** when it's the weekend! I'm gonna try to eat only half portions at restaurants and put the rest in the box to take home. But I'm a sucker for eating everything i see on my plate till it's gone :(

    work my HIIT up.

    Hello!

    -Not allowing my net calories to be lower than 1200
    -workout 3-5 days a week at least
    -Log better and watch my food intake on the weekends..
    -Not go overboard on Thanksgiving day
