my weakest spot are my arms. It's really hard for me to life weights sometimes and i can get really sore from lifting the lightest weights the day after. I still do weight training for my legs and arms but i dont see anything changing in my arms, only my legs

I like to add brown sugar and a table spoon of light omega butter with mines. It fills me up and tastes delicious!

I only feel comfortable eating a certain amount of calories only because I don't like to feel full. My calories are at 700, i never feel like im starving. Thats just all my body can take really. I don't like eating too much, 2 meals a day and a snack is fine with me.

I'm 5'7' my starting weight was 237lbs i am now 176 :) My goal is to get to 140lbs or lower if i'm not satisfied. My body type is Thick...I guess i could say i am pear shaped.
