I sent you a friend request. Always looking for accountability. I use an Apple Watch. CW 163 (just came back from Vegas was 158 before I left). GW 145-150. Love walking / jogging treadmill in winter outside spring summer 4-5 days a week and doing apple fitness workouts or fitness class a few times a week.

I took the plunge and bought an Apple Watch 8 cellular and gps. Not taking it out of the box thou till screen protectors get here in a few weeks.

Happy new year all. Tomorrow is get back at it day. I’m the highest weight I have been for years. Really fell off the wagon this year. Blaming a year full of house renovations. Question. Any thoughts on apple 8 watch. I have been a Fitbit lover for a decade but think I’m going to take the Apple Watch plunge on Friday.

Had a good yesterday. Did day 1 of Liift4 was chest and triceps followed by a 3 km walk to get my 10k steps in. And eating was within calories. Think prob a bit short on my water thou

Trying to get back on track today. Weight is very much up. Today is 166. Every year I get down to 153ish. I say I’m never going to go into the 160s again. And then summer here I am. I just turned 45 and now is the time for me to get to where I want to be. Would love to get down to 145 and be toned.

August has been a write off for me. To much crappy eating and booze at the lake. Slowly getting back on track this week but will make it hard core after sept long. Feel like crap… need to get back eating better and working out

Depending on Weather really hot and windy today. Making egg bites later this morning for a nice quick and easy healthy snack
