Hi all! Back here after 2 years hiatus.
Lowest I got to was 69kgs. COVID happened and I struggled badly. I was 75kg back at start of year and fell pregnant but had a miscarriage which I ate so much food and it’s taken time to get out of this mental state.
Back here bc I do -not- want to buy size up outfits! I love being a 12 and never want to go back to 18 again.

Working to get back on track after a month of chaos and travel
9/6-start after a weekend free for all: 278 (really hoping a good 10 pounds of this is due to sodium bloat)
Goals: Assuming I'm bloated and 10 pounds will initially come off super fast as I get myself back in gear

*Weigh every day
*7,500 steps each day
*7+hours of sleep each night
*Track each day-focus on protein

Goal is to eliminate alcohol from my weekly diet. I have pushed the one glass of wine a night a little too much.
*Weigh in a minimum of every Monday morning
* 10,000 steps a day
* get in at lease 20 mins of me time a day
* track 85% of my food with average daily intake of 1500-1700 calories.3 -

I stepped on the scales and lost a 100g! lol I consider that a win.
5th Sept: 82kg
6th Sept: 81.3kg
7th Sept: 81.2kg
The 82kg (180) was when I accepted I was just really offing things up. I've redownloaded Happy Scales to give me a better visual to keep to CICO.
It bothers me so much knowing I was once 69kg (152) and I LOVED it. I can't believe I let things get so bad again. I know I felt good then, and less tired, less bloated and less erk. I had energy. I wish I managed my anxiety better, but sometimes it just don't go that way. Feeling upbeat and hopeful I'll be 78 (171) by the end of September. I just need to keep on track!

9/6: I got 13,202 Steps in! My legs hate me. I had no alcohol last night and it was a great night of sleep. I failed miserably on my calorie intake but it was a good starting point for how to gauge where I need to be.
9/7: Weight was 231 more than I thought it was, I hadn't weighed myself in a long time. It's ok though!3 -
