Is anyone doing a modified ETL diet? I read the book and started to follow the diet. I am not a vegetarian so it's thought. I've been using a small amount of salad dressings, salt and olive oil. I've lost a few pounds since I started and feel great.

Check out The Republic of Tea website. They have awesome teas. The Apple Cider tea is yummy. Right now I am addicted to Lipton Pyramid tea bags Vanilla Caramel Truffle. Its so good!!

I use the DevaCurl line the ArcAnGel and the Voluminizing Foam, together or alone are great. I use the Loreal Sulfate Free Cleansing Conditioner or the DevaCurl One Condition. I shampoo once a week. I am in Stage 1, at Workout #7. I started bringing the book with me but after a little while, i was okay without it. After a month I do see a difference in my body and strength. I am okay now with invading the "Manly" weight area :) Buy a clicp board and get going! You won't look back!

Its tough to lose the last bit. I have 14 more I want to shed and its a battle. I am just trying to change up my foods and exercise to some how push my body of the plateau I am on! I would love more MFP friends! Feel free to adde me! Good Luck everyone, we can do this!!

Thanks so much for posting that deadlift article! I am just finishing up Stage 1. I feel like its not enough, but I have made progress so I continue on. I am not taking a week off before I start Stage 2.

I have tried them and they are really good. I used a recipe from HungryGirl.com and made soup. They have an odd smell that goes away, don't be afraid! I found them at a small grocery store by me.

Definitely weigh in once a week! Sometimes you think you had a good week but gained weight. It will keep you in check.

I just bought the tofu shirataki noodles too! Hungry Girl.com has great recipes for the noodles. I havent tried them yet so please post if you do! They look gross but I am willing to try it once!
