New Rules of Lifting - newbie

Hello all...I read through the first 2/3 this weekend, ending with the section that details workouts, spreadsheets etc and my head was spinning by the end. I understand it all in theory, but felt totally overwhelmed flipping through the pages of charts.

Anybody that is planning on starting, or currently working through the stages, please send a friend request. I'd love the support and some encouragement or tips on getting started.
