Sorry I agree too, if it was me going on a cruise, I would ditch the eating healthy because like other posters have said how often do you get to do a cruise! I would continue exercising and take the stairs as stated above, but I would enjoy myself to the fullest extent. Don't over eat just thoroughly enjoy what you do. :)…

5' 5" started mfp on 10/1/11 at 259 goal weight would be between 130 and 140 hope to be there in a year and a half. Sooner would be better, but slow and steady is fine. I am currently 232 and would love to see 200 by the end of summer 2012.

lol at least yours wasn't really all your fault. One time I was doing my warm up walking at night and my mp3 player was messing up, so I was looking down at it messing with it, and I looked up just in time to miss a parked car. lol litteraly 2 seconds more and I would of been part of the tailgate of a toyota truck lol.

I agree, don't give up and the first thing to do in my opinion is talk to your dr. Maybe you have issues with your thyroid. Once that is ruled out change it up a bit if you eat back your excersize calories try not doing that. Cuz like the poster before we over estimate what we eat and machines are not accurate with calorie…
