  • I am sorry no one answered you. Ummm I had one when they first came out, I loved it. But with moving over many years it has since dissappeared lol I know how right..... But my mom has one also and she swears by it. It gives her an all around workout. I am sure you could get a little cardio in there too by quickening your…
  • very interesting question I too noticed that but just figured it was confirmed if people added it to their diary lol here's what I get for assuming.
  • I too use truvia, actually the walmart brand of it. comparing actual truvia from walmart brand truvia is more of a granular consistency where as the walmart brand is powdery. But to me they taste the same. For me it is a great substitute for sugar as before I started to change my habits at a restaurant in one cup of coffee…
  • Sorry I agree too, if it was me going on a cruise, I would ditch the eating healthy because like other posters have said how often do you get to do a cruise! I would continue exercising and take the stairs as stated above, but I would enjoy myself to the fullest extent. Don't over eat just thoroughly enjoy what you do. :)…
  • Great Job!
  • Hmmmm I am kind of in the opposite spot as you are. I am the one trying to lose weight and hubby and all the kids eat as normal. I am the stay at home mom, and hubby is the bread winner. I do the shopping and cooking so I can control a lot. But I am not making my family suffer with extreme diet food. I still buy the little…
  • are you keeping strict track of exactly what you are eating on here? I know I didn't think I was eating that much and when I really started logging I was taken aback by how many calories I was eating.
  • Let me start off by saying five pounds is great! especially since (and I could be totally wrong) you don't look like you are outragously overweight. Just my opinion of looking at your face. I personally would love to have a slender face. For me it's going to take a lot longer. at 1200 calories that is the minimum amount…
  • I have the same problem. What I did was pick a scale and ALWAYS use that one. then you will know pretty accurately how much weight you lost. My dr digital is about 5lbs heavier than my home scale digital and my ob's sliding scale is 2lbs lighter than my home scale. And my wii is a few lbs heavier than my home Just pick…
  • I got Mirena after the birth of my twins 3 years ago. I will not be getting a new one when it expires in 2 years. It took over a year for my bleeding to stop. I litterally bled at all times for over a year. I got rashes from it being continually damp in that area because the bleeding wasn't enough for a tampon so I…
  • That's great you do not look like 202 ! If I had to guess I would of said between 150 and 160. you look awesome! I started at 259 and am at 231 started oct 1 2011. I can't wait to be that close to onederland! :) keep it up you can do it, it's only two pounds. :)
  • Just sent you a friend request.
  • 5' 5" started mfp on 10/1/11 at 259 goal weight would be between 130 and 140 hope to be there in a year and a half. Sooner would be better, but slow and steady is fine. I am currently 232 and would love to see 200 by the end of summer 2012.
  • It is very trendy my parents do these photo shoots a lot for people of ALL ages not just young people. I personally don't have any lol but if I had the body I would do it.
  • Not sure what exercise you are doing, but my dr told me to be sure I vary my work outs because the body is VERY good at trying to conserve our fat stores. maybe while at your desk, you could bring some 5 lb weights to work, and use them as often as you can, or some strap on leg weights and any time you can just get up and…
  • I eat a turkey and cheese sandwich almost everyday. probably not the lowest calorie but not horrile either. 2 slices of orowheat oat nut bread, one slice kraft american cheese, and 2 slices of costco extra lean turkey breast. I prefer my sandwiches plain no musturd no mayo but I have tried using avacado mashed up as a mayo…
  • Thank you for sharing this! A unit is a whole point correct? like when I started mine was 41.75 and now it's 38.90 So I have dropped almost 3 units?
  • This last week I had the same though. I don't drink soda but I was a 3 to 5 cups of coffee a day drinker and also crystal light. my weightloss kind of platuead for a few weeks and I begun to wonder if the coffee was causing this. So starting this last monday I have only drank water. I don't officially weigh on the scale…
  • I couldn't tell you the reason sorry but you are not alone. for about a week before and during my TOM I crave chocolate. before my healthy change I would buy the 6 pack of hershey's chocolate bars to keep in the fridge for just that purpose. Since the healthy change I have yet to find a better alternative except push the…
  • lol at least yours wasn't really all your fault. One time I was doing my warm up walking at night and my mp3 player was messing up, so I was looking down at it messing with it, and I looked up just in time to miss a parked car. lol litteraly 2 seconds more and I would of been part of the tailgate of a toyota truck lol.
  • Sorry to post this on your thread but let me say Congrats this is the first person I have seen who has hit their goal. CONGRATS!
  • I do it at night after dinner clean up kids baths and bedtime for them around 930pm I don't necessarily want to do it then but that is the only time unless I get up at 5am lol (so not going to happen) I do an hour of cardio excercise, If by chance I have time throughout the day when the kids aren't screaming or hubby is…
  • This post is sooooo freaking amazing. You have no idea how much this inspires me, my heaviest was 259 but a lot of the things you "will never miss" are things I too have felt. and can't wait to never think of again. I am going to read this over and over and over again anytime I have motivation issues. Thank you for being…
  • Fantastic! I can't wait to be under 200lbs either! it's been 10 years for me too! :) Here's to our success. :drinker:
  • You look great! Keep up the good work. I can't wait to be 200 lbs, and then less obviously but for me that is a big number I can't wait to see. I haven't been 200 lbs in 10 years. :) Good luck.
  • Thanks for the responses guys. I started monday with no coffee. So I will weigh in on sunday and post back. I look forward to your responses also!
  • I agree, don't give up and the first thing to do in my opinion is talk to your dr. Maybe you have issues with your thyroid. Once that is ruled out change it up a bit if you eat back your excersize calories try not doing that. Cuz like the poster before we over estimate what we eat and machines are not accurate with calorie…
  • woooo hoooo! Congrats I will be thrilled with every indention and curve I give cuz right now I am just a big rollee pollee lol. Keep up the great work!
  • I currently measure with it off, but what you are saying makes way more sense to me! I think I am going to switch it up a bit. :)
