nutrition confirmation

How do you make a "confirmation" that user entered nutritional facts are correct? When I search for foods, sometimes they say something like nutrition facts confirmed by 6 users.

    click on the "nutritional info" link, under where it says "confirmed by x users"
    and then theres green boxes that say yes, no, and i dont know

    very interesting question I too noticed that but just figured it was confirmed if people added it to their diary lol here's what I get for assuming.
