I agree about the arm weights! I'm thinking about switching up the weights depending on the exercise. I went up from 3 lbs for maybe a few days to 5 lbs and I still find lunges difficult to finish without resting out a couple of them. So I don't want to go heavier there. The medication I take makes my resting heart rate like 120 ish so I am ALWAYS way above the suggested heart rates and always at or over my max when I work out. Idgaf.

I have done 5 days but not 5 in a row. I've taken 3 days off because I did the C25k two days and today was my rest day for the first time in over a week fiiiiinally. I do like the workout though! And I'm really tempted to do it tonight anyway even though I told myself I'd rest today.
