  • ok so i just started about a month ago and I can see myself toning up and my clothes are starting to fit better...and this past week just started seeing the scale go down. I weigh 163lbs. My birthday is Valentines Day and I set a goal for myself to weigh 155 by then. Does anyone think this is a realistic goal?

  • I just started doing it too. I LOVE it. I looked it up somewhere and it said you burn between 500-700 calories per session (90 min session). I am going to do yoga for the rest of my life, i felt fabulous afterward. :bigsmile:

  • .... how do i figure out how many calories are in a pizza from a local bar you know... the teeny personalized individual pizza that people eat in one sitting... im not going to eat the WHOLE thing but i would like to know what im eating. HELP! thx.
  • hey there. I just joined too because MY sister told me to as well. Her bf joined a little less than a year ago and has lost 80lbs. You can totally do it :) goodluck. I'm a nursing student. Hoping all this exercise im doing will help with stress AHHH!
  • I just started working out again and let me tell you... I sweat when im doing weights and circuits soooo i totally think they should give us a little credit. If im that sore from it i deserve a little snack (at least thats what i tell myself HA):laugh:
