.... how do i figure out how many calories are in a pizza from a local bar

you know... the teeny personalized individual pizza that people eat in one sitting... im not going to eat the WHOLE thing but i would like to know what im eating. HELP!

    usually the best you can do is look around for something you think is comparable. If I eat something that I haven't made - say, a cookie - then I look up a cookie from a place that I KNOW will cover the calories. Like a coffee shop cookie or something. You can look for personal pizzas, check the nutrition info and if it seems like it may fit go with it. It's not always perfect but it's better than nothing!

    Pizza Hut has all their nutritional information on their website. Sounds comparable to a personal pan pizza! Mmmm...pizza. :drinker:
