Thanks for that however i am aware of all of that! Overeating is also not healthy and yet we do it. It is not impossible.

Thanks for your reply. As I said i take this on a day to day basis and so far I’m eating around 2300 calories and exercising and the weight is coming off. I will reach a point where the loss will slow down and if that happens I will just reduce my caloric intake. :)
