I eat 'em darlin! Just not real sugar! I try to use Stevia.... And I curb mine by drinking the new Crystal Light Pure Fitness Raspberry Lemonade and other teas... No artificial sweetener and I never have a sweet tooth! I may drink more than I should but o well - at least I am still on the downward spiral!! :) P.S.…

I PURPOSELY do! If you are working out, the extra protein is awesome for your muscles! I try very hard to stay WAY under on Carbs... I try to eat the South Beach Diet way of eating. No rice, potatoes, pasta - or even carrots!

O my - I am so very sorry for your loss. It is horrible. Debilitating, in fact, to be depressed. I am a disabled PTSD veteran and struggle with depression on a daily basis. Eating was a coping mechanism for me. There is no easy fix. No quick cure. Time helps. You are so courageous for reaching out. Please know that you are…

Eat fish for 2 meals a day for the next 2 days... Only fish and steamed asparagus, broccoli, spinach, salad and absolutely no carbs! Fish is very low calorie - high protein.... If it requires you to open a box or package - skip it! :) I am at a major plateau right now and this normally kicks me in gear but - this time is…

Hey there! I posted a few more yesterday... We eat a lot of fish.... Here is a link to my old blog when I was doing HCG: http://myhcgdiet-blog.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html March has the most recipes - with photos... I no longer maintain it though. I just use this site. I may move the blog over... Enjoy!!! :)

Thanks! I do! I cook a lot of low calorie stuff. In fact - no meal in the past 5 months has ever been over 500 calories! :)
-
Thanks guys! I absolutely love fish! I try to make mahi mahi every chance I get... Also awesome with pesto and parmesan!
-
Absolutely! At the time though - I couldn't have beans because the HCG diet was sooo restricting! Definitely going to add beans next time though!

Same fear here - I do have loose skin in my tummy already from the weight I have lost so far. About a week ago, it dawned on me that women pamper their faces and necks with "skin firming lotions" and I figured I would do the same with my body. I started using Jergens Skin Smoothing Lotion after I shower and before bed. It…

Your diary looks good - try to eat the 1200 calories though. I did notice that you haven't logged for the last 2 weekends. I personally, did REALLY bad this weekend - I hit 1000 calories in ALCOHOL on Saturday night.... paying for it now. Up 2 lbs today.... Ironically, we were celebrating the 5k we did this weekend! So,…

I totally concur - I went in and had a bioelectric impedance analysis done at the local YMCA and it came back that with my current level of exercise and fat percentage - I need to eat 1600 calories a day - I average a workout burn of 320-350 calories a day. So I eat 1500-1550 a day if I exercise. If I do - I lose for that…

I am still giggling over you referring to the excess skin as a skin skirt! LOL!!! My skirt has ruffles (aka stretch marks!)
-
You are NOT alone. But stop blaming yourself - GENETICS are a factor - believe it! Also, My son was turned oddly in my belly so I stayed "small" for a long time, then one day, he flipped - INSTANT stretch marks! God has blessed you with a beautiful child and the desire to stay healthy for that child. Great job on the…

Tape measure!!!! Chest, hips and navel - I GUARANTEE you will see your hips melt off first!!! :) (or a belt - just mark the start and the end....) Best of Luck! OR ---- I just came from the YMCA and did the Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis. $15 is all. You could do that and go back in a few weeks - this will show your…
