I keep a grocery list and add to it throughout the week. Then I make my lunches the night before every work day and i keep healthy snacks/fruit at work. I bring a 32 oz. camelback bottle to work every day and fill it up twice. keeps me well. Yesterday was my two year anniversary of no soda pop. It's easier than you would think.

I use the same scale every time and weigh in once a week - at the same time each week (for me-Fridays at 5:45am before I've eaten breakfast)

Don't give up! One thing i do to help me kick cravings is - as soon as i crave something i brush my teeth/use mouthwash. It really helps and hey it helps your teeth too!
