I did a low carb diet. I was strict for 6 months and lost 23kgs! I have put back on 11kgs, but that's over a few years. Now I am thinner, I am finding it easier to exercise and eat healthily to help move the rest of the weight.

My friend has had 3 people ask her when she is due in the last week - and she's not pregnant either! But her tummy is baby weight as well. I feel your pain. Keep up the good work - keep eating healthy, cardio and crunches! You'll be right :D

I like exercise as punishment too! Last night I had a Personal Training session and was not pleased with my effort, so this morning I made myself get up at 6am and go to the gym before work. I'm at 1200 cals per day, and finding it difficult to see any results... I'm still trying tho! :) Are you exercising as well? Perhaps that might help? More toning exercises like sit ups and squats?
