I did a low carb diet. I was strict for 6 months and lost 23kgs! I have put back on 11kgs, but that's over a few years. Now I am thinner, I am finding it easier to exercise and eat healthily to help move the rest of the weight.

I like exercise as punishment too! Last night I had a Personal Training session and was not pleased with my effort, so this morning I made myself get up at 6am and go to the gym before work. I'm at 1200 cals per day, and finding it difficult to see any results... I'm still trying tho! :) Are you exercising as well? Perhaps that might help? More toning exercises like sit ups and squats?

Thanks for your support everyone! I dragged my butt to the gym and did my own workout - feel heaps better for it! WOO!
