OK guys, I just ate tea, it's 7pm, was supposed to have a Personal Training session, but my PT cancelled on me... I'm 100 calories OVER for the day, I know I should go and do a workout on my own, but I am battling the urge to get into PJs and couch it for the rest of the night!

    Go on exercisetv.tv, they have plenty of short free workouts to chose from! :)

    go for a walk, go up and down the stairs as fast as you can, as many times as you can before putting your PJs on

    Thanks for your support everyone! I dragged my butt to the gym and did my own workout - feel heaps better for it! WOO!
