OK guys, I just ate tea, it's 7pm, was supposed to have a Personal Training session, but my PT cancelled on me... I'm 100 calories OVER for the day, I know I should go and do a workout on my own, but I am battling the urge to get into PJs and couch it for the rest of the night!

Go on exercisetv.tv, they have plenty of short free workouts to chose from!0

go for a walk, go up and down the stairs as fast as you can, as many times as you can before putting your PJs on0
