Can tell a difference in my endurance - I'm able to keep up with most of the cario aspects now. I've added in a few down days to allow my body to adjust. We (hubby and I) are on day 6 - we'll probably wait to start level 2 next week.

I've lost nothing. Been doing this for several weeks now and not one pound has come off, BUT I workout 6 days a week - sweat like never before. I pay attention to what I'm putting in my mouth. I drink water - constantly. I *know* I'm doing better even though my scale doesn't agree. This is enough for me.

I look at weight-loss surgery the same way I look at bankruptcy. Sure you can say “hey look at me I'm debt free!” but all you did was use a “tool” to get you there. And before you say “it's not the same” - yes, it's a great analogy: - You get yourself in debt – so much so that it seems insurmountable - lots of people who…

Thanks so much for this topic! I was diagnosed with PCOS 8 years ago after the birth of my third child. My doctor told me it would be hard to lose weight but I didn't realize how hard. I don't take any meds for it - originally the doctor put me on a BC pill but took me off because it made my blood pressure rise and since…

I weigh in every time I pass the scales - it motivates me to exercise. It also reminds me to not go for the cookies and grab the grapes instead.
