Yes, I do it all the time. It took me many years to fit into the first lot that I bought, but its a great feeling when you finally do it!

I've had the same problem for the last 9 months. I lost about 5kg real quick when I went on holidays (I stopped exercising), but when I came home and started exercising it all came back and wont go away!!!

buy it in the size you want to be!!! Thats how I buy clothes all the time, I buy it in the size I think it will look good in. I'm now wearing clothes I bought a year ago, sure it took me a long time, but its totally worth it! A great feeling when you can finally wear it!

LOL me too! and I can run 6.5km when previously I had trouble with 1km. I also can fit into normal sized clothing. YAY!

scares me too, I have the hugest bingo wings and even tho I have lost nearly 90lb they are still full of fat! I have read that scrubs followed by moisturising helps. I also heard that its best to break up your weight loss i.e to lose a fraction of it and then maintain for a few months. I have been doing that…

Yeh I got bored with logging everyday too, was in a rut for almost 3 months. I have been back lately cos now I use the barcode scanner to log food with my phone MFP app. I'm a geek so it has kept my interest lol

I'm the same, been stuck at the same weight for 3 months now. It is frustrating but I have noticed great improvement in fitness and strength. I am now timing myself running distances I would never have been able to finish before!

It was after I did a day walk in NZ, I realised how unfit I was because I was with my cousin and she pretty much just skipped along for 7hrs, whereas I struggled the whole time. I started doing bootcamp after that lol.

I lost 105 lb 13 years ago in 6 months. I started with 1200 cal per day with the WW plan. However it stopped working so I dropped it to 600-800 cal per day.
