^^ That is what works for me, lower carb. Not eliminating in any way, just monitoring. I don't read magazines for this, I try to research online and use accredited resources. But again, it is something that works for me personally. To SaintGiff -- I don't focus on staying under calories, it's just been happening that way…

Hmmm... I did use that, those numbers are based off of my high body fat %. But honestly, I very well could have messed up the numbers because the subject of macros is so new to me.

It's not that I must, I used different resources to assist in calculating those numbers. I also chose to focus on more protein, less carb intake. My calorie goal is 1744, which I used from my TDEE.

My 7 yr old and hubby loves them, I on the other hand don't. I wish I could like them since the Dannon Light & Fit that I eat is more carbs, but so much more enjoyable. The carbmasters aren't horrible, I can just tell it's some sort of substitute. Personally, I would rather eat my Dannon and have the slightly higher carbs…

I would really like to "love" this food, but, unfortunately I just cant enjoy it. I'm pretty sure it's the dry/grainy texture along with not soaking up flavor so much. I enjoy most food and it bothers me I don't like it. haha :p As far as nutrients... no doubt about the benefits.

Planning and pre-logging absolutely helps me! It takes more work to think out what you will have for the day, but, it helps stop the "unplanned" eating. As for any other tip, I always have a guilt-free snack (or food) available at work and at home, when I feel the need to indulge OR go outside my calories, I grab a snack…
