A lot of curves do not maintain their scales properly. They are also used by a number of people every day. I would not get discouraged by it. Congrats on your weight loss.

Ok jump when you hit the green area or the very top section of the board. If you hit it right you will do a trick & jump threw the air. It takes some practice.

I eat my exercise calories every day & still lose 2 pounds & up per week.

Yep I knew that. I have created 2 all ready. You do not have to have the balance board. It is 150% better than wii fit in my eyes. Wii fit was a waste of money & bored me to tears personally.

did you figure it out? You jump when it is on #1 & you will do a trick. If you jump at the wrong time it is like you almost fall when you land.

So we were gone all day yesterday & I was over calories by about 638 by the end of the day. I came home & took my bath & then rode 12 miles on the stationary bike. I have done 5 workouts on it with 3 of them being the challenge. I have my fitness coach, gold's gym, wii fit & this. I like ea active the best & wii fit the least.
