I'm dying to start, as my diet is similar to the program anyhow with two exceptions that are deterring me - my skim lattes and greek yogurt...

Trust me, I didn't WANT to give up wine...I started taking a new medication that I can't drink on for the first month. W/regards to food calories -- I honestly stay at about 1200 a day (primarily clean foods) with or without alcohol. When I drank I was definitely just adding more calories. And YES -- for the record I…

greek yogurt, spaghetti squash with a tbsp of parm, skinnypop or if I really dont think I'm starving and don't want to cave.... I do Crest white strips for 30 min and by the time I'm done the craving has usually subsided and I have whiter teeth and allow myself a little snack.

Sometimes sprinkled with a little crunch if I'm feeling like indulging (plus I figure the calories cut out from no rice will be…

Of course certain foods like 0% fat greek yogurt is prepackaged but it makes a great protein-rich snack. Same with cottage cheese. Lots of lean protein, veggies, fruit! If you…

Thanks jhawk! You're buddy sounds like a smart guy -- I wish I wasn't trying to stray away from processed foods. Grapes would be a good sub for me, but they are a bit bulkier than jelly bellys!

You can add me as a friend. I'd love to support one another. I put on about 7 lbs due to relocating from NYC to Michigan over the past year and a half (am 5'6, was 117-119 and now weigh about 125-127). I really want to get back in shape by exercising and eating healthy.
