Has anyone done/is doing Whole30. I like the concept and I eat very healthy anyhow (seafood, lean protein, veggies and fruit) - my only concern is cutting out my skim, sugar free lattes, greek yogurt and cottage cheese. I really want to do this, but these might be too hard to give up. Any advice.
