I'm hoping to lose a few pounds quickly. What workouts are best for dropping fat/toning up quickly? Would a combination of Spinning/Cycling classes and strength training (like a boxing/weight circuit class) work well? I don't have a lot of time to exercise every day, but can dedicate about 45 minutes a day. I'd like to lose some weight within 2.5 weeks to kickstart my weight loss. My brothers wedding is in three weeks and I'm desperate to look better after gaining about ten pounds over the past year. I eat healthy but can't seem to lose weight.

Does anyone have any positive weight loss stories with spin classes? Thanks so much!

Eat less. Fat loss comes from calorie deficit. In 3 weeks you might weigh less, but may not look significantly any different. It takes several weeks (unless you're getting ready for a competition), to get the body to look much much different in LBM and body fat %.
Sounds like you procrastinated a long time and now are looking for a quick fix..............and it's probably not going to happen.

^Exactly this. You're looking for a quick solution to something that takes a certain lifestyle and commitment to achieve. Why not start now with a moderate calorie deficit and exercise (if you want to) and see where you are in three weeks? If nothing else, I'll bet you'll feel alot better about yourself.
