I've begun running as a hobby, but the longest it takes me is 16:30, the shortest for me was 14:30, and I pushed myself. :) I wish to get under 14:30 for a first time, and keep doing a mile in shorter time each time. I think warming up at home first, compared to warming up on a treadmill is more beneficial.

Type in www.hulu.com in your web browser. When the page pops up look for the search tool and type in "Exercise" or "Yoga" or "Warm-Up" - Whatever you are interested in. There should be a ton of results that come up. These videos are FREE! I use one every morning before I run, and I am happy I did. good luck!

I'm feeling great, and not hounding myself for skipping out on the gym today. My body needs a break, but my next problem is reaching my goal of running a mile and a half without stopping. Now here's my vent, I want to break down this wall preventing me to lose more weight. Time to push harder!

Personally, I know I have an issue with salt. If I eat food that contains a lot of salt, I definitely bloat up like nobody's business. So, I order things without salt if there is an option. I finished the first day, and my entire body aches. My friend says to do the second day anyway, but my body hurts to walk, sit, or anything. I guess I'll try my best. How's it going for you?

Here's my issue..I want to start Insanity tomorrow, but I weight 278 at 5'9...and I scanned through video, and think I will have trouble with yoga and keeping up. Should I still start?
