Well my shift on that day is:- Wake up at 4:15a Work from 5:15a-1:15p 3 hr nap at home Work from 9:45p-5:45a Sleep from 6:15a-12 or 1p

Awesome folks! Thanks for the tips. Any of you overnight shift workers by any chance? I work one overnight shift a week and I'm trying to figure out how to balance my meals on that day/days.

Not sure what Cauliflower mash is, but my wife makes a cauliflower soup that is very smooth (and pretty health too). Let me know if that might help you and I can get you the recipe.

32 lengths is right (for a 1/2 mile), but that's one way, or it's 16 trips back and forth.

Thanks cobracars. I remember from the last time I did a food diary that I would not eat certain things if only for the reason that then I would have to write it down. You can lie to other people if you want to, but you can't lie to yourself.
