i started again on saturday and im just recovering! My muscles really hurt after the first workout but they will get used to it after the few workouts. Oh dear, I had a great day 16 today, really pushed myself and felt stronger! But tonight my knees are killing me, one in particular...anyone else had problems with knees? If its hurting still tomorrow ill do recovery because I don't want to hurt myself and not be able to carry on :(

Felt much better today! And I took my measurements, found I've lost about half an inch to an inch around my chest, waist and hips! But still no weight loss... Got to keep going, it's got to come off sooner or later!! X

Day 12 today and I really struggled! Felt like I was in week 1 again, but I made it!! Not looking forward to pure cardio and abs tomorrow! I've stopped hurting though so that's a positive. But I've lost no weight in 2 weeks, I've got enough to lose so its abit disheartening. Anyone else found it hard to lose the pounds??

Day 5 today and my leg muscles are killing! Like hard to walk killing :( should I push through it and go for day 6 tomorrow or rest?

All i have to say is, Mcdonalds, KFC, burger king. All my friends want to eat there. Even if i was on a binge I wouldnt choose to eat there! Horrid food, if you can call it food!

Me too. Goal weight loss - 10.6. I will round it up to 12llbs (i like a challenge)! Target for each week = 3llb. Il be back next thursday to weigh in!
