I have been teaching for the last 7 years. I work at an alternative school for grades 3-8 (all students have been long term suspended from their home schools)

I am hoping for more of a loss. I have lost about 48 pounds and went down from like a 44H to a 38F. I cant remember since high school being anything smaller than like a 38DDD (at 5'3" and around 145) so I would love to be back there.

I downloaded an app on my phone called Endomondo and it tracks your speed and distance. And most importantly its free. But I would say you probably burn about 100 or so calories per mile so maybe use the distance you walked to calculate your calories burned

I watched it and it is disturbing. The guy with his arm in the side of the cow was a little much for me. But I did find it educational and it is helping me to make some different food choices

My 2 year old son quotes Wonder Pets all day everyday. I am almost convinced he thinks its real. I have to hear "This is serious", and "What's going to work, Teamwork" way too many times. Just wish that I get toys and stuff more readily from the show for him

I believe that server a God who is big enough to fix any situation as long as you stay focused on Him. You have to take your hands off of it and let Him move though because He shares His glory with no man. You just keep holding on and it will all work together for His will and purpose

I like cottage cheese on my salad and with Doritos. I know the second one is a little weird but its good. I have never had it with anything sweet though.

its not time to resize my ring yet but its getting there. Also for me when I started losing weight I got cold a lot I started taking an iron supplement and that has helped

I was looking online and show that it has benefits for your digestive system. It says it tastes really bitter, so this morning I got the wild berry flavored one at walmart and its still kind of bitter.

You are doing great, I would suggest increasing your calorie burn. Your body may have just gotten used to what you are doing. Just push yourself a little bit farther and that may help.
