  • I did the orginal turbo jam years ago (about 8). And saw great results in muscle tone. I still do turbo sculpt from time to time. But I am mixing P90X and Insanity now. I'm not weighing in or measuring accept at my milestones (30, 60, 90 days) so will let you know how my body fat etc improved!
  • Good luck on your second round! You'll get through it this time. Sorry you've had bad experiences with coaches. To me it's just about helping people and giving advice. And that is what they should be about, not pushing product on people that they don't want or can't afford. Be sure to keep us posted on your progress.

  • I'm in my 3rd week. Weeks 1 & 2 I added additional cardio by doing INSANITY or Running twice a week. It's Wed. and I'm just too sore to get it. Guess I'll let my body rest and go hard after recovery.
