I am sorry for the confusing post! I am to eat 1720 calories daily. I am a 6'2" man, weigh 200, want to get closer to the upper 180's. I realize that that is not a lot of weight to lose, but I lost 50 lbs on the old weight watchers and the pounds have crept back on me. I don't like the way my clothes now fit or how I feel.…

If you ever watch The Biggest Loser, you will see this a lot. You have been thinking of yourself as overweight for a long time probably and you just can't process how much better you look! There is a lot more to being "fit" then weight loss, there is mentally fit as well. Maybe the factors that led you to eat to begin with…

But the thing is that I never told the LOSE it program that I was going to exercise. It never asked me! One more question. I am doing the couch to 2 k program and wondering how to figure out calories spent per week. Thanks for all the help!!! Yep..the new weight watchers did NOT work for me!!!
