@JamieD328 thank you so much!! I already blew it today! :neutral: I think it was the beginning stages of the keto flu. I wasn't feeling well and then a dang cinnamon roll showed up in my office. Me!! I sit at a desk for 9 hours everyday. Its hard. I am starting low carb on Sunday! I have about 40-50 lbs I want to lose as well. I find myself snacking ALOT! Going to have to figure something out to help with that.
