I bought PiYo about a month ago and I am already bored with it. It came with a Turbo Fire bonus dvd and I loved it. I just ordered Turbo Fire. I should be getting it this week and I am jumping right it!

Sweat is a good workout. I am usually dripping sweat by the end. When you get to the work out "Strength intervals" , it has some cardio in it. I am still getting in shape so I was out of breath during that one. I also added the Turbo Fire bonus dvd after strength and I was drenched.

I am the same exact way. When I got pregnant and gained a bunch of weight, i went up to a D from a size B. I love being a size B. So far I have not lost any in that area. I am hoping I do though!

I eat a small breakfast, only fruit for lunch and eat a large dinner. That works better for me because I graze when I am at home. So if I eat a large dinner, it will fill me up until I go to bed.

My daughter and I eat dinner around 5:30 on non gym days. On days she has gym, we eat at 7:30. We usually have pickles before bed. I don't know how that nightly ritual got started. I enjoy it though :bigsmile:

I keep a bag of trail mix that has almonds, sun flower seeds and cranberries in it. It's really addicting. lol I also bring fruit every day. Sometimes I eat it and sometimes I don't. I use to drink a lot of dr. pepper. The way I quit was I started drinking tea (with splenda or sweet n low). Then slowing switched to decaf tea. I never knew the difference. Every once in a while I will treat myself to a dr. pepper. I will never buy a 12 pack or 24 pack because I don't trust myself. lol

i usually get the chicken fajitas and don't eat the tortillas. Most places will even let you just order the meat. I also love Chicken Tortilla soup. The place I get it from will give it to me without the chicken and without the tortilla strips. They put avocado in it. Its very good and low calorie.

I like to walk in my parking garage at work. I know that sounds silly but I go up the stairs and across the garage. I do it all the way up 6 levels and back down. I do it 3 times. Its a great work out. Within a month I have lost 7 #. I have also quit eating junk food too, which i am sure that has helped a big deal!

My daughter and I stopped at our favorite local fast food place after her gym. I had a bean burrito. I felt bad afterwards. I have not ate bad all week. :( eh oh well. At least it was only one :smile:

hips mostly but I also have this ugly scar on my knee that i hate. I say it looks like a worm. It didn't heal right because of where it is located. I hate that thing!

I have two dogs. I have to lock my Boston up when I exercise because he freaks out and starts barking and jumping on me. He is very high strung. When I had a tread mill, he would run on it with me. Love him to pieces but he is a bit nuts lol. My Chihuahua is very laid back and could care less what I do.

I have always loved salty foods more than sweets. I like salty foods so much i even drink pickle juice. My biggest down fall has always been cheese dip and chips. Now i just eat Guacamole without chips.

my mom and I did it a few year ago together. It works really good but it gets expensive. Their food is pretty good too. I just couldn't afford to keep buying their meals.

I have dealt with high bp since my early 20s. I lost a bunch of weight and got off my meds around 25 years old. Then I got pregnant and ate like crap and have been back on meds for 4 years. Sooooo, one of my goals is to get back off them. :)

my daughter loves pizza and so do I. I won't order out anymore because I just can't limit myself on pizza. What I have been doing lately is making it at home but just getting the small pizza for her. Plus she loves homemade pizza.Then baking chicken or having a taco salad for me. So far its worked for me.

I like to make scrambled eggs. I make them before work while my daughter is sleeping and then eat them when i get to work. I also put a little cheese and salsa on it. It fills me up for a long time.

someone asked me if I was one of those "health nuts" because i bring fruit to work every day. I said nope! I just really like fruit and its great to snack on when I get hungry!

If I eat eggs for breakfast I will not get hungry. If I eat anything else I do get hungry. Its weird.

I had a Nike Fuel band and I loved it until it stopped charging. Now I have a fitbit. I like my fitbit better because I change out the bands to match what I am wearing plus it is more comfortable and it syncs with my phone. When I had my Nike Fuel band I had an android and it did not sync with it.

i am afraid of fish. I wont swim in the lake or ocean because I am afraid one will touch me. I get irked out even thinking about it.

Yeah i have been told I look mad all the time. But actually, i am usually just busy or in deep thought about something. I am super nice. I guess I scare people lol
