...You go to your doctor's appointment and she comments on your weight loss and asks what you've been doing...then says keep it up. I'll skip the part when she says I'm still outside my healthy BMI range :ohwell: Only by a few pounds!

Sometimes I am kind of bummed that I haven't had a regular family doc since I was at my heaviest, and he moved/retired. The next time I go to the doc they will probably see me as yet another overweight woman instead of being like, "WOW you have lost well over 100 lb" hehe0 -
