  • I've been riding my recumbant bike. I haven't been keeping track of my workouts, but I will start doing that on Monday. I wish there was some kind of way to receive notifications. I can never remember to check-in here.
  • Will work on kickin up my workout this week. This gray, rainy weather in Washington makes me want to hibernate! I'm lacking motivation.
  • Not going so well for me. I'm working in a different dept which is super busy. So my lunch time is off and my water intake is off. Last day in the dept is on the 18th so my schedule will go back to normal.
